Conversing with the Earth 3 - Challenge # 10

COMPASSION

This is the third in our series of Conversing with the Earth. As mentioned in my previous blog entries, I am reflecting upon the small area of the earth where I live. It brings me comfort, inspiration and a place to call my own, to nurture this small piece of the earth and appreciate it for all it provides for us.

In this third piece, I created these pictures blending photos of my families hands in a caring, helping or offering position with photos that I have taken around our property. I blended them together using a variety of apps and then printed them out using my home printer.

I wanted to create a feeling of compassion for the all that this little piece of land offers us in its beauty, vegetation, medicinal compounds and love.
