The Picture Window
Inspired by Edward Hopper paintings of woman in urban architecture.
For this piece I used quilt-as-go for the first time ever.
I started by creating the fireworks scene and then built the window frame around it.
The woman was added last.
I wonder what is going on in her mind ? Is she happy, is she sad ? What do you think ?
